In Rosario, Argentina, a woman is usually seen roaming around the city with a cute little puppy with her. It is noticeable that the dog who accompanies the woman has never walked and is always inside a cart which is pulled by the woman. It seems that he enjoys roaming around without getting tired.
A lady named Evelyn Luna is just one of the many passersby who has witnessed the everyday routine of the woman and her dog. According to her, while she was walking in the sidewalk one Saturday morning, she saw the woman pulling a cart with a dog inside it. She thought that the dog might have a physical impairment which causes the immobility, and she felt bad thinking about that possibility.
Eventually, Evelyn learned the true story behind the dog inside the cart. She approached the dog and her owner, thinking that the dog might be a really old one, hence the need for a cart. To her surprise, the dog got out of the cart and kept on jumping and wagging its tail. There was not a single sign of disability!
The dog’s owner later explained that her pet dog is just unbelievably indolent and likes loafing. Evelyn then confirmed that her assumption about the dog is definitely wrong. The dog simply does not want to do anything even something as simple as walking. The dog is obviously enjoying this and seems like he does not have any plans of doing something to improve his behavior in the near future.
Evelyn was just so impressed with the owner of the dog. She could not deny that the owner only has nothing but pure love and care towards the dog. She said no human would exert that much effort to a dog if he does not care for his pet genuinely.
