Dogs love to be with their fur parents every single day. No matter how simple the activity is, our canine pals would love to spend every minute of their waking hours becoming a part of their fur parent’s routine.
Thus, it’s not unusual that an adorable Rottweiler loves cuddling with its fur parent when bedtime arrives. However, it seems this dog has a unique method to help itself fall asleep faster.

In this video clip, a cute Rottweiler named Eileen lies on the floor. By the looks of it, Eileen’s prepping herself for bedtime as she cuddles next to her fur parent while attempting to close her eyes.
However, unlike most dogs that slowly drift to sleep without further intervention, Eileen has a unique method of lulling herself to sleep. Before anyone could think of a possible method she uses, Eileen starts suckling on her fur parent’s outstretched finger.
At first, the sleepy Rottweiler sucks strongly, almost to the point of chewing her fur parent’s finger. But, after a few moments, the continuous sucking motions slowed down, finally lulling Eileen to sleep.
Umm, what happened?
For a few seconds, Eileen’s already wandering into dreamland. But, for some unknown reason, Eileen’s eyes suddenly fluttered open, prompting her once again to suckle on her fur parent’s finger.
For what seemed an eternity, Eileen carried on with her strong suckling, even if its fur parent would very much like to remove her finger from the pooch’s mouth. But, since the dog’s sucking motions’ too strong, fur parent could only wait for Eileen to lull herself to sleep.
